It's simple! Take photos of the items you want to sell, submit them through our website, and you'll receive an offer within minutes. If you accept, we'll schedule a free next-day pickup, collect everything, and pay you on the spot. No listings, no haggling, no strangers at your door.

What items do you buy?

What items do you NOT accept?

We don't accept large or heavy furniture, mattresses, bed frames, hazardous materials (paint, chemicals), broken or heavily damaged items, construction waste, or trash. We also can't pick up pianos or hot tubs due to logistics. When in doubt, submit photos and we'll let you know!

How do you determine your offer price?

Our offers are based on the item's brand, condition, age, and current resale market value. We analyze similar items sold recently across multiple marketplaces to ensure you get a fair price. Our goal is to give you instant cash while saving you the time and hassle of selling individually.

How quickly can you pick up my items?

We offer free next-day pickups! Once you accept our offer, you can schedule a pickup time that works for you. In most cases, we can be there within 24 hours. Need it gone faster? Let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate same-day requests.

When and how do I get paid?

You get paid immediately at pickup! We bring cash or can send payment via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. As soon as we load the last item onto our truck, you'll have your money. No waiting weeks for items to sell – you're paid upfront.

Do I have to accept your offer?

Can you pick up from multiple rooms or floors?

Absolutely! We'll collect items from anywhere in your home – basement, attic, garage, multiple floors, you name it. Our team handles all the heavy lifting and navigating stairs. Just point us in the right direction and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens to my items after pickup?

We resell your items through various channels including online marketplaces, our showroom, and wholesale partners. Items that can't be resold are donated to local charities or responsibly recycled. We're committed to keeping items out of landfills whenever possible!

Do you buy items in poor condition?

It depends on the item and condition. We accept gently used items with normal wear and tear. Items with minor scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic issues are usually fine. However, we can't accept items that are broken, heavily damaged, or non-functional. Send us photos and we'll let you know!

How long does the pickup take?

Most pickups take 15-30 minutes. For larger cleanouts (like full basements or entire homes), it may take 1-2 hours. We work efficiently to get in and out quickly. We'll give you an estimated time when you schedule your pickup.

Can I add more items after I've received my offer?

Yes! Just send us photos of the additional items and we'll provide an updated offer. You can also show our team additional items on pickup day and we'll make you an offer on the spot. We make it easy to declutter everything in one go!
